Classes: Tue & Thurs
- 6 - 11 year olds, 6:30 pm- 7:30 pm
- 12 and older, 7:30 pm- 9:00 pm
Sundays (competitive and Kata) 3-4:30 pm
Classes are held at the Dow Centennial Centre
